Add all ingredients (Smoked Agave, Bitter, fresh lime juice, egg white, dash sugar syrup) to a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds. Strain the mixture into a Nick & Nora glass and enjoy.
