Preheat the oven to 375F & grease an 8x8 baking dish with pan spray or coconut oil. In the baking dish, first mix together oats, spices, baking powder & salt until combined. Next, add in heavy cream, water, maple syrup, egg & vanilla whisking to combine. Then add in cranberry sauce & pecans if using, stirring one more time until fully incorporated. Bake 35-40 minutes & serve warm.
