In a blender, add cherries, lime juice, and ginger syrup. Blend until ingredients form a smooth syrup, adding water if needed (1 tbsp at a time) to reach desired consistency. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice. Add 1/2 can of Recess Black Cherry Seltzer to each glass. Add 2oz of the black cherry mixture to each glass, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with additional cherries, mint, or a lime wedge.
