Make the Fudge Pop Mixture. Add all ingredients except for the dark chocolate chips to a blender & blend until smooth.
Pour into Popsicle Molds. Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Be careful to leave just a little bit of room & not overflow the mold. Insert wooden popsicle sticks into the molds. Be careful not to press too hard when inserting the wooden sticks as the popsicle mixture can easily spill.
Freeze. Freeze the fudge pops for at least 8 hours up to overnight.
Drizzle with Chocolate. If you're using the chocolate chips, melt them in the microwave in 10 second increments, being careful not to burn or seize the chocolate. Carefully drizzle over the popsicles & enjoy!
