Mix the mousse base. Add the greek yogurt or skyr, chocolate protein powder and honey or maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium speed until the ingredients are fully mixed & incorporated. The mousse should have a light, fluffy texture.
Garnish & serve. Transfer the mousse to a small bowl or ramekin. Garnish with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, chocolate chips or homemade whipped cream if desired.
