This high Protein Chocolate Mousse recipe is the perfect dessert to make when your chocolate cravings are calling. Made with just a handful of simple ingredients you likely already have on hand, it's an easy & healthy way to quickly satisfy your sweet tooth while packing in around 40 grams of protein per serving!
cupplain greek yogurt or skyrfull fat or non-fat
scoopchocolate protein powderif your protein powder scoop is very large or your protein powder is very thick, start with 1/2 scoop and adjust according to your taste from there

Mix the mousse base. Add the greek yogurt or Skyr, chocolate protein powder and honey or maple syrup (if you choose to add sweetener) to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium speed until the ingredients are fully mixed and incorporated. The mousse should have a light, fluffy texture.
Garnish & serve. Transfer the mousse to a small bowl or ramekin. Garnish with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, or homemade whipped cream if desired.
