Prep the salmon. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season to taste with salt, black pepper and lemon herb seasoning.
Cook the salmon. Grease your pan or air fryer with cooking spray or olive oil. If you're using an air fryer, preheat it at 375F otherwise heat the pan over medium-high heat on the stove top. Place the salmon steak skin side down into the air fryer or the pan once hot and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Prep the salad base. While the salmon cooks, add shredded lettuce, parmesan, Caesar dressing and croutons to a large mixing bowl. Season with extra salt & black pepper if desired, then toss to combine.
Plate & serve. Once salmon is fully cooked, plate the salad and top it with the salmon.
