Prepare the baking dish. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray and pre heat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Split the slider buns. Place the bottom buns into the baking dish and set the top buns aside.
Cook the eggs. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter, then whisk eggs with salt and pepper and cook into soft scrambled eggs.
Layer the ham. Arrange deli ham slices across the bottom buns.
Add the scrambled eggs. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the ham.
Add the cheese. Layer provolone or cheddar cheese slices on top of the ham.
Replace the top of the rolls. Add the top buns back over the cheese layer.
Brush with egg wash. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 to 7 more minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
